I gave Chris a few ideas of how I wanted my website to look, and after discussing themes, colours, templates, etc, Chris was left to his own devices. Once complete Chris showed me how to input the data, pictures and frames and a few other technical things. If I had a problem or wanted something tweaking I'd drop him an email or call. I was quoted a couple of thousand pounds for a similar website, Chris's fees are very reasonable in comparison and would recommend him.
